Hi

I am having trouble downloading Intraday data - I switched to Teton thinking that I could go back quite far with Intraday data but I can only seem to get 6 weeks on my Bund tpo 30min charts and just under a year on my ES chart - I am using continuous contract and have tried with dates to load or days to load with no success

I have done some research in the documents but am still stuck

I maybe mistaken and it is not possible to achieve what I want

Thanks

The symbol of the chart is not correct.

You need to change the symbol of the chart to match what is required for Teton order routing. Instructions:
Changing the Symbol of a Chart: Changing the Symbol of a Chart or Trade DOM Through Chart Settings

Thanks

I thought when you setup a new service in the data/trade service setting SC translated the symbols over to the correct ones for that data/trade service provider

You need to manually select the command to translate them:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

Although not all symbols are going to translate though.

When you change the "Current Selected Service" and select "OK" to close the "Data/Trade Service Settings Window" you are prompted to update the symbols. You should answer "Yes" to this.

But, if you do not, or if you open another chartbook later, then you will/may have the wrong symbols. In that case, follow the instructions given in post #7.

I have a problem with my GCG26 CBV chart - it seem to be missing data from the 26th Nov 25 to 25th Dec 25 - I am not getting this missing data using other continuous data options and the data on my Rithmic feed is complete on CBV chart - I have tried to sort this out but am confused as to why this is happening
