When you change the "Current Selected Service" and select "OK" to close the "Data/Trade Service Settings Window" you are prompted to update the symbols. You should answer "Yes" to this. But, if you do not, or if you open another chartbook later, then you will/may have the wrong symbols. In that case, follow the instructions given in post #7.
