Which setting did you set specifically?

And what is the exact symbol did you set it on in the symbol settings?

That setting applies to ALL symbols. It is not specific to the selected symbol at that time. So you should be limited to a maximum quantity of 5 for all symbols.

Note that that setting does not work in Simulation Mode. We wonder if this was what you were doing.

Refer to the following:
Global Symbol Settings: Use Global Trade Position Limit

Select the symbol you want to update and in the box to the right where it lists the "Settings" find the entry for "Trade Position Limit" and enter the value you want. Note that there is also an "Order Quantity Limit" if you want to limit the quantity that can be entered for a single trade. Refer to the information at the following link and the item below it:
Global Symbol Settings: Trade Position Limit

But if this was during live trading, then you should have been limited to a total quantity of 5 for all symbols for which you had open positions. Please let us know if you continue to have an issue with this.

Everything on your account looks good, so you should be getting the real-time data for products traded on the CME exchange.

What is one symbol for which you are having an issue?

Look to see if you have an entry in your Chart Header for "DD:". This stands for "Data Delay" and indicates the time difference between your computer clock and the timestamps of the incoming data. A few seconds, up to a minute, typically is just a difference in your computer clock versus the NIST standard clock (which the exchange is set to). If it is indicating something more, then that would be something to look into.

If the "DD:" and the time following it, are not displayed in the header, then refer to the following to add it to the header and see what it states:
