Hello I trade NQ Futures contract and use 1 min tick chart during trade have frequent downloading or refresh issue.
I have 16 GB ram & my processor i7-4770 CPU. Even during the replay i have the same issue.
Please help with any suggestions

What exactly is occurring? What do you mean by "frequent downloading or refresh issues"? What is occurring, what do you see, when this happens?

Also, what is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?

And what is one symbol for which you are having an issue - we need the symbol exactly as it is entered for the chart.

-it is set to SC Data, The chart symbol is NQZ25-CME, FREQUENT "Downloading Data " is the msg i get on the screen.

Go to that specific chart which is reloading and go to Chart >> Chart Settings. On the title bar of the Chart Settings window do you see "| RefBy:" . If so, what are the chart numbers shown after it?

You have some kind of issue with your NQ charts. Especially charts 7 and 8, but we see a lot of reloading for other NQ charts as well.

We think you have some kind of a circular reference occurring that the system has not caught. Where chart 7 references something it needs from Chart 8, and chart 8 is looking for something it needs from Chart 7. Study/Price Overlays, in particular would do this, but there other studies as well.

You really need to go through the NQ charts and make sure you do not have any circular references. We would recommend removing any references to other charts to start with, then building back up again ensuring that you do not create a circular reference again.
