Hello, I'm contacting you because I signed up for a bulenox account via Rithmic and I have no data flow.

This isn't the first time I've used accounts with bulenox, and they usually work perfectly, but now I no longer have any data.

I am logged in to my Rithmic account, I have the correct passwords and the correct service in the date/trade service.

If I use my personal account, which is via TETON, it works perfectly.

I've asked bulenox for help several times, but they told me to contact you because they couldn't do anything on their end.

Could you please provide me with an answer?

I accidentally activated the wrong package for Denali.
I later activated the correct one, but I would like a refund for the first package, please, because I won't be using it and I put €50 on it.

If you activated an incorrect package, then you can change your package at any time. Refer to the following:
Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package

If you are stating that you added $50.00 too much to your account and want it refunded, then we can do this for you. Just keep in mind that we have a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds, so you would get $45.00 back (if you want the $50.00 refunded). Also, you have a total of $61.20 in your Services Surplus, so we can refund any amount of to that (less the $5.00 processing fee). Just let us know how much you want us to refund, and we will take care of it.
