This is not true. Rithmic is supported, although there are some known issues, such as the "Permission Denied" error. What exactly is the issue you are having? I'm also having issues. I have a cash account setup through ironbeam with a Rithmic login. I'm using Sierra Denali for data and Rithmic for execution. I dropped my Rithmic connection 5-6 times today. I tried updating Sierra and resetting my machine and the problem still persisted. When I login to Rithmic or ironbeam dashboard I can still see my position live but Sierra will not respond simply saying "connecting" in yellow. I was holding a small position long over night and 30nmin before the close it did it again and never came back on. I could see the data working for Denali but the Rithmic side refused to connect. My internet is fine as everything else on my PC was working fine, but Sierras connection to Rithmic remained unstable like I've never seen.

We have not had other mentions of issues with Rithmic, but it is not uncommon. Our recommendation is to try a different server in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" for Rithmic. See if you can connect that way. We have seen multiple times where connections were having problems to the U.S. server, but one in the EU would be fine. It will give a little more latency, but it's better than not being connected at all. John, I'm sorry to report i went through ever server (as suggested) both aggregated and non aggregated and no luck connecting. I can see the data moving on my web based dashboard with my position but no luck connecting to Rithmic regardless of the server. not sure if there is anything to be done on your end but at this point its simply not useable.

Looks like the problem could have been on my end. after rithmic went down multiple times today i believe my router decided it didnt like sierra. I rebooted my router as a final measure and its working properly. Thanks for your help. SOrry for the help ticket
