I'm also having issues. I have a cash account setup through ironbeam with a Rithmic login. I'm using Sierra Denali for data and Rithmic for execution. I dropped my Rithmic connection 5-6 times today. I tried updating Sierra and resetting my machine and the problem still persisted. When I login to Rithmic or ironbeam dashboard I can still see my position live but Sierra will not respond simply saying "connecting" in yellow. I was holding a small position long over night and 30nmin before the close it did it again and never came back on. I could see the data working for Denali but the Rithmic side refused to connect. My internet is fine as everything else on my PC was working fine, but Sierras connection to Rithmic remained unstable like I've never seen.
