We have not had other mentions of issues with Rithmic, but it is not uncommon. Our recommendation is to try a different server in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" for Rithmic. See if you can connect that way. We have seen multiple times where connections were having problems to the U.S. server, but one in the EU would be fine. It will give a little more latency, but it's better than not being connected at all.
