John, I'm sorry to report i went through ever server (as suggested) both aggregated and non aggregated and no luck connecting. I can see the data moving on my web based dashboard with my position but no luck connecting to Rithmic regardless of the server. not sure if there is anything to be done on your end but at this point its simply not useable.
