Hello, Im having issues with MBO data. I have done everything that was asked to do in the instructions. Is my account currently authorized for CME Market Depth with Market By Order Data? If not, please either: Switch my activation from the $13 CME Market Depth to the correct CME with Market Depth + Market By Order Data, or Provide explicit instructions for me to deactivate the current CME depth and re-activate the MBO version. I need explicit confirmation because my ACSIL studies depend on GetBidMarketLimitOrdersForPrice() returning per-order rows, and currently it is not functional. My account (antwill007) has: Service Package 12 (Integrated Advanced MBO) Denali Data Feed active CME Exchange Agreements signed However, my Sierra Chart “Help → About” window does not show: "Market By Order Data: Yes" And my ACSIL studies using sc.GetBidMarketLimitOrdersForPrice() and sc.GetAskMarketLimitOrdersForPrice() return 0 orders at all levels. Everything about your account looks good, so you should be able to get and view the MBO data for products traded on the CME exchange. Also, there isn't anything in "Help >> About" that shows regarding MBO. The first thing to do is to go through the items at the following link: Market By Order Data: Step-by-Step Instructions Make sure you add columns to a chart to verify that you are getting the MBO data for that symbol. If you have an issue with the data in a chart, then please get us an image of the chart so we can see the DOM Columns for the MBO data.
