Hello, Im having issues with MBO data. I have done everything that was asked to do in the instructions. Is my account currently authorized for CME Market Depth with Market By Order Data? If not, please either: Switch my activation from the $13 CME Market Depth to the correct CME with Market Depth + Market By Order Data, or Provide explicit instructions for me to deactivate the current CME depth and re-activate the MBO version. I need explicit confirmation because my ACSIL studies depend on GetBidMarketLimitOrdersForPrice() returning per-order rows, and currently it is not functional. My account (antwill007) has: Service Package 12 (Integrated Advanced MBO) Denali Data Feed active CME Exchange Agreements signed However, my Sierra Chart “Help → About” window does not show: "Market By Order Data: Yes" And my ACSIL studies using sc.GetBidMarketLimitOrdersForPrice() and sc.GetAskMarketLimitOrdersForPrice() return 0 orders at all levels.
