Everything about your account looks good, so you should be able to get and view the MBO data for products traded on the CME exchange. Also, there isn't anything in "Help >> About" that shows regarding MBO. The first thing to do is to go through the items at the following link: Market By Order Data: Step-by-Step Instructions Make sure you add columns to a chart to verify that you are getting the MBO data for that symbol. If you have an issue with the data in a chart, then please get us an image of the chart so we can see the DOM Columns for the MBO data.
