CL is the only product that doesn't show full market depth

I have attached a screenshot. CL does not show full market depth. All other products show full depth. Notes: 0. Connected to Denali Data Feed and trading through CME Teton Order Routing. 1. All DOMs are duplicates of each other (settings are identical). 2. Deleting the entire data folder and letting SC re-download all DOM data did not work. 3. "Delete All Data and Download Data" under Edit did not work. 4. Restarting SC did not work. 5. Restarting Windows did not work. 6. Switching to MCL did show full depth.... so it apparently is just for CL. Any ideas on why the depth isn't showing? Thank you. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-09-10 12:33:28

CL is not showing any depth via the "Market Depth" menu. I went through both links and all settings are accurate for market depth (and are identical to all other symbols I trade). This only started happening after updating to SC 2789 last night. I have uploaded the DOM as per the instructions. |

The chart looks fine to us, and we are not seeing any issues. Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open the Chartbook you sent to us (no-depth-cl.cht), and only this chartbook. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". I followed all instructions. I sent the Message Log via "Send for Analysis". |

I reinstalled Sierra Chart, moved the Data folder back into it (for the .Cht files), and it's working now. I didn't want to screw up my toolbar + other settings (like symbol settings) on a re-install, but I got it working and I'll re-setup the platform tonight. Not sure what happened or why, but you don't have to spend any more time on this. Clearly something happened on my end. Thank you for your help. |

We wish we could tell you what occured, but your Message Log specifically shows that the Market Depth data is being properly requested. So we do not know what occurred.
