I changed nothing. All I did - today - was update to Ver. 2788 and now, on my attached Chart DOM, the columns titled Current Traded Bid Volume, Current Traded Ask Volume, Bid Market Depth Pulling/Stacking, Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking are all completely blank. What could cause this?

We are not seeing any issues with the Market Data columns in release 2789. What exactly is occurring in terms of "keeps trying to connect to data"? What are you seeing regarding this? We would recommend version 2780, as that should be far enough back. Although we think 2785 does not have the changes that affected this. Isn't there another way to get help from support than to insert such incredibly long Data dumps? That post, renders this thread basically useless. FWIW, I went back to version 2783 and now I have my missing columns of DOM data back.

Reduced the log. I didn't realize it was so long. Support team- no luck fixing the issue with either the latest build 2789 or rolling back to 2780

There is nothing in the part of the log that you have posted that shows any issues. But, given what we see, it looks like you are wanting to get your data from our "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape with Depth", wherein you are entering the main symbol for the chart with the standard ticker and an _MBO suffix, such as "W_MBO". You then have setup a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" in order to be able to trade that symbol with Interactive Brokers and it looks like that is set as "W-STK-SMART-USD". This is all fine. But then it appears that the option for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" is set to "No". In this case, the Volume and Price data will come from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, but you will not get the Market Depth data properly. Be sure that the option for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" is set to "Yes" for all your charts where you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol". And also update to the latest release. Then let us know if you are still having an issue. I can confirm that I've done this and I still have the same issue. SC is just 'reconnecting' and then dropping the data. No updates showing on my charts. I'm on the 2789.

Please get us your message log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about one symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". I found the issue. I had a quote board of equity options from IB. I deleted and recreated it and now everything is working. Not sure why this happened. Thanks
