There is nothing in the part of the log that you have posted that shows any issues. But, given what we see, it looks like you are wanting to get your data from our "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape with Depth", wherein you are entering the main symbol for the chart with the standard ticker and an _MBO suffix, such as "W_MBO". You then have setup a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" in order to be able to trade that symbol with Interactive Brokers and it looks like that is set as "W-STK-SMART-USD". This is all fine. But then it appears that the option for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" is set to "No". In this case, the Volume and Price data will come from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, but you will not get the Market Depth data properly. Be sure that the option for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" is set to "Yes" for all your charts where you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol". And also update to the latest release. Then let us know if you are still having an issue.
