Dear Sierra Chart Technicians, I am learning to configure Sierra Chart, and I've found a reputable third party Chartbook that appears to mirror my trading style and I'd like to get it up and running but I'm having trouble with it. The .cht file has been saved in the following file location: C:/ SierraChart/ Data I would appreciate your guidance - many thanks. |

What kind of trouble? Are you able to open the chartbook?

The most likely issue is that the symbols are not setup for the service you are connected to. To fix this, open the chartbook and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Refer to the following: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service The next most likely issue is that you are on a trial, and therefore limited in the data you have access to. So if there are symbols in the chartbook for which you do not have access, you will just have a blank chart. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Trial Account For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello - thank you for your follow-up and patience with my response. You are absolutely correct; I managed to get the chartbook to work based on your guidance. I'm a newbie with Sierra chart, so it's quite the learning curve for this beast of a software. Thank you |
