Hi,

I just started using Sierra Chart with the package 11 and Denali CME Market depth data subscription, but I'm experiencing some very tedious lag issues as you can see from the screen recording I attached. The issue seems almost disappearing (actually some small lags are still there) when the RTH session starts.

I already tried almost everything I read in the "Data Falling Behind" section, but nothing helped.

I'm located in Italy, using Starlink connection (fast plan) and I've around 150ms latency from SC servers.

Hi,
I live in Belgium and also have 120-150ms when doing a ping test to the SierraChart server.
99% of the time there is no freeze, but sometimes it happens... It is clearly my internet connection fault, not a SierraChart related problem.
My settings are :
- Remote Buffer Delay Send Time in Milliseconds: 40ms
- Use Real-Time Data Compression: High Compression

Using lower than 40ms seems to generate too much data packet losses and increase the number of freezes.

I have 100ms and High Compression turned on, but still a lot of freezes. As I mentioned, the strange thing is that these freezes happen way less during RTH.

There is not a data lag issue. Refer to:
Prices / Data Falling Behind: 4.10 - Market Not Active

I've been using SierraChart for more than a year and I didn't know you had a server in Germany !
Thank you for pointing it out.

I just tried to ping it but it didn't respond (request timed out).
SierraChart can connect to it though.

Yes that does make sense. You cannot ping that server.
