Hi, i recently just opened a sierra chart account and would like to have real time data for mostly nasdaq and the s&p 500. Ive checked all help on the original website with no real answers and more questions. Im having trouble getting this data as i bought a few subscriptions for the data with no results. Im just using sierra charts to view more specific data and not trading off it. My main broker is ninja trader and topstep and heard they are not supported. May you help me with this process and also would you just recommend just joining a broker that sierra charts support and trade of this? Thank you so much.

We see you have activated the US Equities Consolidated Tape and NASDAQ TotalView exchanges. Are you getting US stocks in real time? Yes definitely if you want real-time futures data and want to trade futures: would you just recommend just joining a broker that sierra charts support and trade of this?

Yes im getting US stocks in real time, just nasdaq and es have a delayed sign on the top of the tab.

NQ and ES show delayed sign, because it seems you don't have CME futures real-time data subscription

What User135243 states is correct. You do not have an exchange active that is part of the CME Group, therefore the NASDAQ Index Futures and S&P 500 Index Futures are not coming in real-time. Keep in mind that in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Ninja Trader does not allow for connectivity with Sierra Chart, and TopStep as a Prop Firm does not count towards the CME Group requirement.
