Hello Support, As of market open open last night my sub-instance 2 and sub-instance 3 not getting any live data updates. Meanwhile main instance is working correctly and if I transfer the chart book from any of the sub-instances to the main instance it opens up and loads live data without any issues. I have deleted both instances and recreated them but the problem still remains. However, now I am getting a message "SYMBOL SETTINGS NOT FOUND FOR CURRENT SERVICE" (image attached) in every chart on any chartbook on both sub-instances. The connection on both sub-instances showing live data, the control panel is green. No configuration changes were made to any chartbooks or sub-instances since last week. Please advise. Go to one of the sub instances and do this: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. I had to go to each chart settings and reselect the symbol each chart is set to then click apply all and the live data has started to repopulate the chart. This is the SAME exact symbol that the chart was set to before. There is clearly some sort of disconnect between the sub-instance and Denali backend if it just abruptly stops recognizing currently set symbol and requires manual intervention to set the same symbol again. This must have something to do with a contract Roll Over mechanism because when I attempted to use Chart--> Perform Future Symbol Rollover there was no forward looking contracts in the drop down list on the pop up window where you choosing the rollover month. However, when I manually clicked on the new month from the list of finding new symbol it did set the symbol correctly and started to download the data. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-06-16 21:04:04

There is some other explanation in your case. We do not know what the problem was. But you did not have to reselect the symbol if the symbol did not actually change.
