Hi, please let me know how to add my overlays that I added to C/Siarrachart/Data to the chart. The two overlays I pasted there I added by Add Custom Study, but the other 3 are not visible by clicking Add Custom Study. How do I add the time scale - the bottom of the chart and the price scale - the right side of the chart? How to remove Volume captions from the chart - appendix? We are not certain what you mean by "overlays". If you are referring to custom studies, then you would need to look at why those particular studies are not showing up. There are two places to change the values associated with a drawing. There is the "Configuration" page and there is the "Properties" page. The Configuration is what you setup ahead of the drawing to draw what you want. These are accessed through "Tools >> Tool Config". The Properties is what you change after a drawing has been done and you are changing just that one drawing. You access this by right-clicking on the drawing and selecting "Chart Drawing Properties". Make sure you are selecting the correct item for what you are wanting to change. If you still have trouble, then we need to know the exact workflow you are using and what is occurring. These should be on by default. study - the attachment shows my studies - automatic position opening machine and volume. I placed them in C/Sierrachart/Data and added Add Custom Study. Another one, placed there, is not visible after clicking Ad Custom Study

You can check your "Message Log" to see if there is any information in there regarding the studies that are not showing up. In the end, however, you will need to get with the developer and let them know that the studies are not showing up and have them look into why this is the case.

You are correct, you are not setup to get any real-time data from us. Our servers show that you are currently connected to "SC Data" and not to a prop firm. As such, you will be getting the delayed streaming data from us. If you are connected to your Prop Firm and you are getting delayed data from them, then this would be an issue with the data provider from that Prop Firm. You would need to contact them in this case. You can change the scale on the right side like you can for the main Price Graph. If the scale is not working, make sure you do not have it set to "Interactive Scale - Locked". You can also change the region height. creator of the studies many years ago sent me these studies and they worked. Now, after reinstalling Sierra, pasting in c/sierrachart/data I can't add them via add custom study - it's not there.

You need to get with the creator of those studies. There is nothing we can do to help you with this. Those studies were created by someone else, not us. There is simply nothing we can do to help with this, as the code is with the creator. As to why they are not working, we can not say exactly. But things do change. We try to keep them as stable as we can, but sometimes it is necessary for us to change the interface a bit. Most likely this has occurred and the studies need to be updated accordingly. Sierra doesn't work. I have to use Rhitmic to work with prop. I have my indicators in Sierra and can't have them in Ninja. If Sierra won't work, I have to change to Ninja. Please fix this. I am very anxious to stay with you guys, but Sierra is not working. |

We do not know any other way to state this. The studies you are referring to were created by someone other than Sierra Chart. As such, there is nothing we can do to make them work. You need to get with the original creator of the studies to have them fix the issue. This is NOT a Sierra Chart issue. It is related to the studies that you are trying to use.
