Let's say I am trading prop firm funded account on platform A and personal account on sierrachart using sierrachart's own data feed side by side.

I obviously need professional data for the funded account but do I also need professional data for my personal account? (like if I am acting as professional with one funded account, am I considered professional everywhere else too?)

What if I later decide to link the two accounts by trade copier so that if I place a trade in my sierrachart, both my personal and funded account gets excecuted for the same size and direction (- which I think sierrachart does offer, please let me know if I am wrong)

You are either a Professional or not a Professional. You can not be both at the same time. And as far as the "Denali Exchange Data Feed" is concerned, you would be able to get the data to both instances for whichever option you need (i.e. if you activate the Professional exchange, then you will get the data to both installations - you do not need both a Professional and Non-Professional exchange active).

Just be sure that both installations of Sierra Chart are on the same computer. In this case, there would not be any additional fees. If you use separate computers then you would have to pay a second set of exchange fees. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections

The "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" feature does not allow for copying orders between different brokerages. It only works with accounts that are available under a single login and it only works within an instance of Sierra Chart (it does not work across instances). Refer to the following:
Order Allocation to Trade Accounts

For the time being, I am going to trade both on separate accounts with separate data feed. So do I still need to pay for professional data feed even if I am only using this particular data for personal use?

I found a similar question on Reddit and four people already responded
that I can only pay for professional for funded account (which I am acting on professional capacity) and non-professional for all others. Could you please confirm they are all wrong?

Sorry, we were not considering this situation where you would get data from different sources. If you are going to get the data from Rithmic for the installation of Sierra Chart where you are connecting to the Prop Firm and then get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the installation of Sierra Chart for your personal trading.

In this case we do see where you would be both a Professional and a Non-Professional. Although we can not say whether the people on Reddit are right or wrong. This is getting into a gray area and we can not give an absolute answer. This is something the CME Group would have to answer.

The only thing we can say is that it is possible to have the setup you are referring to. If you are setup to get data from us, but you are not going to use that in the installation that connects to the Prop Firm, then in that installation you would would need to set the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". This will allow you to get the data from Rithmic instead of from us.
