Hi guys, I'm now using the No.11 plan, and I got 10 minute delay on my ES footprint chart, I have activated these things and can anyone tell me what else I need to do? also If I just need the ES and MES footprint chart, which was the cheapest plan I should subscribe to and activate? Appreciate for any help!

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

Also, we see that you have the following exchanges active:
- Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts
- CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts

You do not need both of these as the "Full CME Group with Market Depth" includes the same data as the "CME with Market Depth".

You will want to deactivate one of these immediately. These exchanges are going to renew tonight just after midnight UTC time and you do not need to pay for both of these.

You need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart to your trading account for verification. Sierra Chart does not connect to Ninja Trader, so this will not work. You would need a different trading account in order to be able to connect your Sierra Chart to that account.
