Hi Sierra Chart, I recently subscribed to package 11 and had full market depth when viewing the DOM on the delayed Denali feed. Today, I signed up for full CME data service to receive real time data, the service reconnected and the DOM reset to show only one row of resting orders. Is it correct that as a package 11 user, I can see full market depth data on the DOM with the delayed Denali feed but not with the full CME real time data service? Can you clarify that I'd either have to upgrade to package 12 or remain on package 11 and cancel the real time CME data to see the full market depth of the DOM. Is that correct? Or perhaps there's a setting within Sierra Chart that I have overlooked to display this data? Many thanks |

First at all, package 11 should be good (p 12 just offers MBO on DOM, not sure if you need this, I guess not). I don't know which data you subscribed, if it just is the $ 6.--/calendar-month you just get best bid/ask, if you subscribe to ie CME ($13.--/calendar-month) you get full market-depth, same for CBOT, Nymex or Comex or the CME-group bundle (all 4 exchanges for $39.--/calendar-month) |

What User135243 states is correct. The issue is that you did not activate an exchange that includes the Market Depth data. Therefore, you are only going to see the Best Bid/Ask (1 level) of data. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Adding Support for CME Market Depth Data Denali Exchange Data Feed: Changing Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchange Selections For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you both SC support and User135243 for replying, much appreciated. I understand the issue now and will upgrade the data service that I subscribed to. Thanks again for helping. |
