Problem with sierra

Hi, I have a problem with Sierra. I just connected but it doesn't load the current day. The feed is connected correctly (green as always). I tried to restart and it says "historical download skipped" but I have the past ones. I miss it today. I also see the book stopped. Thanks

Ok, I think it has to do with the fact that yesterday I cancelled the top step account because by putting SC DATA, I see today's data. But I think I'm late. Right? If I have to do simulated trading but with live data how do I do it? I have the 11 package active with denali. Thanks

The exchanges that you had activate with our Denali Exchange Data Feed did not automatically renew on May 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account at the time of renewal. But is that why I don't get live data? I had activated package 2 and 4. Which one should I activate just to get live data and do demo only? Thanks

If you are wanting to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you are wanting to get data from Rithmic, then you would need to ensure that you are setup to get it from your broker/prop firm. You state that you cancelled the TopStep account, so it sounds like you need to get the data from us. Hi, why does sierra chart show me so few columns in market depth today? I have always seen at least 20 columns under the price (that's how I set it) but not today. I trade with demo and I have never had this problem. See attach
