If you are wanting to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data at the following link:

If you are wanting to get data from Rithmic, then you would need to ensure that you are setup to get it from your broker/prop firm. You state that you cancelled the TopStep account, so it sounds like you need to get the data from us.
