Downloading Data issues

Greetings and thanks in advance,

I trade with APEX and use rithic trader pro and i've ran into some problems which are stumping me. Please advise:

I have my global settings/data trade service settings set to:
Currnet selected servis - Rithmic D DTC
Service settings
Server - Apex Chicago non agg
then i have my APex user name and passord for each of the next three options, - Trading, market data, and historical

Here's the problem
The downloading historical intraday data is taking a very long time
I've also had a red window pop up saying "historical intraday data download failed Error downloading historical intraday data for mesm5.cme. the network socket has been closed retying to download"

This issue started happening yesterday. I redownloaded SC and still no luck. Any help would be appreciated

The exchange that you had active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on May 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account at the time of renewal. Therefore, you are now trying to get data from Rithmic, and what you are seeing is a typical Rithmic issue.

The solution is to re-activate the exchange at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

If you need to add funds to your account first, then you can do so at the following page:
