Greetings and thanks in advance, I trade with APEX and use rithic trader pro and i've ran into some problems which are stumping me. Please advise: I have my global settings/data trade service settings set to: Currnet selected servis - Rithmic D DTC Service settings Server - Apex Chicago non agg then i have my APex user name and passord for each of the next three options, - Trading, market data, and historical Here's the problem The downloading historical intraday data is taking a very long time I've also had a red window pop up saying "historical intraday data download failed Error downloading historical intraday data for mesm5.cme. the network socket has been closed retying to download" This issue started happening yesterday. I redownloaded SC and still no luck. Any help would be appreciated |
