Dear support, I browsed the forum yet still confused on how to connect/activate data feeds. I am using AMP, and the account is funded, and they completed my setup for Sierra+Teton. Is there a clear and simple instructions set on what to do? ----- Thank you, Zbigniew |

Do, I first Activate CME Data? I want: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts. ----- I can see instructions, OK, but it says you can connect to CME only once per month. SO, do I first activate Full CME Group and then follow with steps in 5? |

It really does not matter the order in which you do this. Just make sure that you do setup the data prior to actual trading so you have the real-time data. In order to avoid forgetting, we recommend doing this now. In the end, you will pay the same amount, as the exchange fees are not pro-rated, so you pay the full amount for the month regardless of when you activate the exchange within the month. It does not state "you can connect to CME only once per month". What it states is that you may need to connect at least once a month for verification. If you are going to be continually connected to your AMP account, then this is not something you need to worry about, as your "verified until" date will continually update since you are always connected. So, I want to make sure I am not screwing this up. I am on the CME activatiopn screen: Action Result: Activating Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts. You must have a funded futures Trading account with one of the supported Trading Services and Sierra Chart must be connected to that account, to be able to use this exchange. Do *not* activate this exchange unless you have a funded futures trading account with one of the supported Trading Services because otherwise you will not receive real-time data with this particular exchange and Sierra Chart support will not be able to issue a refund. You will be charged 39 USD for the real-time data from the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts exchange from this moment until May 31. You will be charged the 39 USD next month on June 1 unless you deactivate the exchange. Yes, you can go ahead and activate the exchange. Even if it was not fully setup, you could still activate the exchange. In the end, you need to connect to that live account before you will be able to get real-time data. The important thing is that you will have a live trading account. You do not need to disconnect and connect to the data feed after activating an exchange. The system will automatically pick up the information.
