It really does not matter the order in which you do this. Just make sure that you do setup the data prior to actual trading so you have the real-time data. In order to avoid forgetting, we recommend doing this now. In the end, you will pay the same amount, as the exchange fees are not pro-rated, so you pay the full amount for the month regardless of when you activate the exchange within the month. It does not state "you can connect to CME only once per month". What it states is that you may need to connect at least once a month for verification. If you are going to be continually connected to your AMP account, then this is not something you need to worry about, as your "verified until" date will continually update since you are always connected.
