Cannot manually drag to modify orders

Hi I am having an issue where often, about half the time, I cannot manually drag an order (either a main order or an attached order). The order line on the chart does drag while the mouse button is still pressed but when you release the mouse button the order jumps back to its original position. I noticed that I can only replicate this when I manually use the mouse to move the order by 1 tick. If I move the order by 2 ticks with mouse, the order does get successfully moved. Also I have the hotkeys enabled: Trading Keyboard Shortcuts >> Non-attached Limit Order Tick Up Trading Keyboard Shortcuts >> Non-attached Limit Order Tick Down and these do successfully move the order (as well as attached child orders) by 1 tick. Here is a new example with a Trade Service log where I placed a limit MES order at time 07:22:52 Then a few seconds later at 07:22:58 I attempted to move it one tick up and one tick down with the mouse which both had the issue which you can see in the Service Log. Then around 07:23:09 I used the keyboard shortcut to move it 1 tick up, 1 tick down (to original position), 1 tick more down, and 1 tick back up (to original starting position.) You can see these in the Trade Activity Log Also this log is a bit better than the previous one because I disabled Settings > Enable Order Allocation to Trade Accounts that was active in the previous log and was putting in lines for an Apex account that isnt connected. The issue does occur in Trade Simulation Mode, I will paste below. About Rithmic, it´s the other way around: I HAVE TO choose Rithmic to get access to Sierra Chart at these funding firms. Rithmic is the only option they offer that can connect to Sierra. By the way all of these examples are on Denali market data although, as you say, the issue may be in Rithmic trade execution data. OK here is the example from Sim mode. I took a 1 MES short position around 15:24pm and tried with the mouse to move the attached Target order by 1 tick, the issue occured. Moving the Target order by 2 ticks, the issue did not occur and the Target order was moved 2 ticks. OK I expanded the price scale hugely so each Tick had its own number increment showing on the scale, and the issue still occurs the same way. The Price scale is on Interactive Scale Range and Scale Range: Automatic both checked.

I just found what it is, I had to go into Chart Settings > Price Display Format and change it to be 0.01 because ES has 0.25 Ticks. I had it on Price Display Format 1 to save horizontal space. After changing it to 0.01 the mouse moves orders normally. Thanks for the suggestion though cheers

That is a cool feature thank you, I now set it as Scale Increment = 2.0 that works well for ES. But I still need to set Price Display Format = 0.1 not 1, or else this jumping back of the order occurs with the mouse on 1 tick adjustments. I am happy to sacrifice a little horizontal space to be able to do this. Or I have the other option Price Display Format = 1 and if I want to move the order 1 tick I have to jump to the Hotkey which is fine too. I dont know why the mouse can move the order 2 Ticks but not 1 Tick, in any case there are 2 solutions. Thanks and have a great weekend.
