Why did i not get verified as non professional trader and verify rtading account experied?

i logged in in my rithmic rtrader with my CQG credentials. And i waited for 5 minutes and then i went to my account control panel at sierracharts website and i still see Experied. also i dont have an active sierrachart service package and i dont have an active datafeed at the moment. But i am planning to buy sierrachart service package 11 and activate denali datafeed and this live cme data "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" for 13 usd/month. And why do i still see an orange things listed under trading account required (i already have a live funded account with AMP to be able to get cheap live cme data as a non professional trader. also i will trade topstep trading combine but i want to use rithmic for order routing and for datafeed i dont want to use rithmic but instead denali data feed. The first thing you need to do is to have an active account with us. You cannot do anything until you do this. Follow the instructions at the following link to activate a package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions Then, you can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data from the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges After that, you will need to connect to your live account with AMP. You mentioned CQG, so if you are using CQG with AMP, then follow these instructions to connect to that account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you are using a different service with AMP, then we need to know what service you are using so we can give you the proper instructions. After you do the above, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future.
