The first thing you need to do is to have an active account with us. You cannot do anything until you do this. You mentioned CQG, so if you are using CQG with AMP, then follow these instructions to connect to that account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you are using a different service with AMP, then we need to know what service you are using so we can give you the proper instructions. After you do the above, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future.
