Hi, Contract data is only loading from when I open SC. Using CQG and activated Denali excahange. Been through the support guides on this but nothing is rectifying it. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1745481419362.png Please advise. |

The image you provided does not show any missing data. If you are missing data, then follow these instructions to redownload what is missing: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart In general, you should not have this issue. When you open Sierra Chart, the data from when you were not connected should download. Let us know if you continue to have this issue. We would need to see an image where you have missing data in your chart. Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
