The image you provided does not show any missing data. If you are missing data, then follow these instructions to redownload what is missing: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart In general, you should not have this issue. When you open Sierra Chart, the data from when you were not connected should download. Let us know if you continue to have this issue. We would need to see an image where you have missing data in your chart.
