Hi , This feature does not show values of the bar although it has a mark on it for being active . What is the problem ? Tnx. |

Is the window coming up and not showing anything? Or are you not getting the window to show at all? If you have the window and it is not showing anything, then check the following setting and the one below it: Chart Settings: Display Main Price Graph Values in Values Windows (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Values menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi , all the settings are correct with a mark to be showed but there is no window . Last week all was ok & suddenly it disappeared. what should i do ? |

Hi, My membership is for one port with package n 10 .If i want to use the Sierra software with two computers at the same time ,is there an additional fee? if it is how much is it? TNX |

The Integrated Standard package (package 10) allows for two computers to be running Sierra Chart simultaneously. There are no additional fees for this, it is part of the package. If you want to have 3 systems at the same time, then you would need to change to one of the "Advanced" packages (package 11 or 12). Note that the above statements are only for the Sierra Chart software itself. The Denali Exchange Data Feed works differently and does require a second set of exchange fees to be paid.
