Top Step uses Rithmic for their order routing and data. You can use Sierra Chart with Rithmic for the order routing, and you can use either Rithmic or our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the data. We obviously feel that the best option is to use Rithmic with our Denali data. Refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service Denali Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

ok, if I have to trade ES I have to buy package 11 for denali feed right? Or can i get another one if I decide to use Rithmic as feed? Can you recommend something other than their guide on the site? https://help.topstep.com/en/articles/8284183-sierra-chart-connection-instructions Thank you so much |

You need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages, but which one depends on your charting needs and does not matter if you are using Denali or Rithmic for your data. Refer to the information for these packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages As Flowdity states, our documentation for connecting to Rithmic is here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Just to make sure it is covered - you are not setup to get any data from us. As such, you would be getting your data from Rithmic. At this time (16:34:00 Central US time), the equity indices futures of the CME Group stop trading for 1 hour. This is from 16:00 to 17:00 Central US time. Therefore, since you have removed the historical data login, you will not get any historical data, and right now there is no real-time data flowing. After 17:00:00 when the market opens again, if you are still not getting any real-time data, then let us know. -- If you want to get historical data, then we recommend getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Just keep in mind that in order to get the real-time CME Group data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi! I still have the same problem as yesterday (see attachment) in market data, since you told me that I do not receive denali data, I put my user name ritmic for both market and historical data. I do not understand what the problem is. thanks

You are still getting a "Permission Denied" error. All the information we have for that error is in the documentation here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure We are just as frustrated with this error as you are. The error comes from Rithmic, and they own the interface between themselves and Sierra Chart. Yet they have yet to deal with this in several years that it has been occurring. There is nothing we can do about this - if there was, we would have resolved it. The only other option you have is to not use the data from Rithmic and to use the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. This way you would not need to enter the Username/Password for the data fields for Rithmic on the Data/Trade Service Settings window. This also means that you would have to have a live, funded futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rates. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do decide to go this route, you would follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-03-14 19:41:29

I am going absolutely nuts with this data, but I have decided to skip rithmic and stick with denali for the data. I am trying to activate the real time data agreements for CME: Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX] page, it tells me to update my data, specifically city and phone number, but when I enter them I get the message attached. I fill everything in correctly but then it tells me that the country is not correct and automatically puts Afghanistan. But Italy has always been there. In fact, when it tells me to complete it does not refer to the country but to the telephone number and city. Why? Maybe I need to activate the real account first? but its seems strange. I was wondering if the broker MEXEM (since I already have a small active account), a financial brokerage firm that operates in partnership with Interactive Brokers, was suitable for this purpose. Sorry for the numerous requests.
