We think the problem you are having, is that you are setting the webpages to be translated most likely to Italian. Do not do any translation. Keep them as English because that is affecting form submission. I was wondering if the broker MEXEM (since I already have a small active account), a financial brokerage firm that operates in partnership with Interactive Brokers, was suitable for this purpose. Sorry for the numerous requests. As long as you have access to Interactive Brokers trader workstation this will work.
