A few items of note: 1) You are connecting to Rithmic, but your symbols are setup for Teton. Make sure you update your symbols when you change services. At this point, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" in order to update your symbols for the service you are connected to. Also refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Frequent Reconnections 2) You went from a more recent version to a somewhat older one (your log shows you on v 2684), which is why you are showing errors regarding your Chartbooks. We recommend updating to the latest release (version 2719). And then staying on that version and if you have a problem, let us know what it is so we can help you work through it.
