Hello,

I am new to trading and been trying to get access to DOM.

I signed up with Bookmap.com only to later learn from them their paid data only covers one or two exchange, while my Tradezero (Canada) Lvl 2 had like nearly a dozen or so exchanges. The current price DOM there was showing was not accurately matching my lvl 2 by quite a big margin so I was very disheartened.

Please advise if you guys have DOM available to subscribe to and would the price match by the milisec to my Lvl 2? am looking to trade small cap stocks.

Also, do you also have heatmaps charting available? If possible, can I get access to a trial version to these services if you have them available?

Thank you,
Sam

You are currently on a trial. When you first create an account with Sierra Chart, you are given a 21 day trial. To download the software, go to the following link:
Software Download: Software Download

Refer to the following for what data is available during a trial:
Sierra Chart Trial Account

And refer to the following for how to get started using Sierra Chart:
Getting Started, Opening Charts and Basic Trading

During a trial, you do not have access to Market Depth data for U.S. Equities. The equity exchanges require that you pay for the real-time data in order to get the Market Depth.

Note that we have two data feeds for U.S. Equities.
- U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape: Price and Volume data for the 19 participants of the Consolidated Tape. We do not have any Market Depth data for this exchange.
- NASDAQ TotalView: Price and Volume data for trades done on the NASDAQ. Includes Market Depth data for these equities.

You can also combine these two exchanges and get Price and Volume from the U.S. Equities TotalView with the Market Depth data from the NASDAQ TotalView. In this case, you would enter the symbol with an _MBO suffix (such as IBM_MBO).

We are not sure what you are wanting to compare in terms of the level 2 data. We can only tell you that the Market Depth data we provide is correct, but you always have to keep in mind that what you are viewing is a snapshot, since the data is constantly changing.
