Hello, I have been using Sierra Chart (version 2700) on macOS through Crossover without previous issues. Today I encountered incomplete and corrupted historical data from last Friday. Data connection is through Topstep/Rithmic with SC Data enabled. Attempts to resolve the issue: Re-downloading last Friday's data, which did not resolve the data gaps. Using the "delete all data and download" option, which resulted in significant data inconsistencies, including large gaps and incorrect timestamps. Installing a new bottle on crossover with Sierra Chart version 2712, which did not help the situation. I'm also receiving frequent errors such as "Download Failed Error downloading historical intraday data...Historical data Zlib Error..." and "Download Failed Error downloading historical intraday data ..... the type of error was unspecified". Attempt directly with connection to SC Data Feed. No changes have been made to my system since last Friday. My hard drive has sufficient space. In Advanced Service Settings, both "Support Intraday and Market Depth Files Compression" and "Disable Intraday and Market Depth File Compression if Enabled on the File" are set to 'No', yet the issue persists. Any ideas how to solve this issue? |

What is one symbol for which you are having an issue? Please get us an image of what you are seeing for this symbol by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

We wonder if you are having a problem with corrupted files. Please exit from Sierra Chart and delete the following two files from the "Data" folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder: - ESZ24-CME.scid - NQZ24-CME.scid Then restart Sierra Chart and open that chartbook and let us know if the data downloads properly or not. It will need to redownload all the data for those symbols, so depending on how much data you have set to download, it could take several minutes. We can not help with how to delete the files on Crossover. We do not have any experience with the program. It looks pretty much like corrupted files. I already tried to delete all .scid files + restart. It did not solve it |

You deleted the files and restarted Sierra Chart and you are having the same issue? The images you gave in post #3 were from after deleting the files?

There is an inconsistency. Our servers show that you are connected to Rithmic, but your images are showing "SC Data - All Services" symbols. What are the following set to : - Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service - Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service: Rithmic Direct DTC [trading] Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds: Yes I was using it always like that and I never had issues |

In this case, open your chartbooks and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". If you still have a problem with the data after the symbols update, then let us know. I've activated "Use single Network Receive Buffer for Linux Compatibility" and after deleting all scid files the data has been loaded again.
