We wonder if you are having a problem with corrupted files. Please exit from Sierra Chart and delete the following two files from the "Data" folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder: - ESZ24-CME.scid - NQZ24-CME.scid Then restart Sierra Chart and open that chartbook and let us know if the data downloads properly or not. It will need to redownload all the data for those symbols, so depending on how much data you have set to download, it could take several minutes. We can not help with how to delete the files on Crossover. We do not have any experience with the program.
