Cannot open download/install file

Hello, after downloading the SierraChartFileDownloader, the file will not open on my windows 11 PC. I click the file and nothing happens. I have followed the troubleshooting steps on the "Installer Does Not Run After Download is Complete" section of the software download page. Disabled antivirus. checked to see if the downloader is already running in the task manager. I have also rebooted the PC. Also did attempt to download using the Zip, but I am lost on how to install using this method. |

On your computer create this folder: C:\SierraChart You can also create this folder on any available storage drive that you have. Download this file into that folder: https://download1.sierrachart.com//downloads/ZipFiles/SierraChart2712.zip Right click on the file, and select "Extract All". Change the path, in the displayed window to: C:\SierraChart Extract the files. All of the files will be extracted. Using File Explorer, go to the folder Sierra Chart it was extracted to. Run the SierraChart_64.exe file, simply by double-clicking on it.
