Problem with Add Additional Symbol study

I'm glad the connection problem has been fixed. Now that the Tick is available I've added it to a chart and it is not displaying correctly. The display on an older chart is correct but the new one is displaying a cumulative value. Both charts are 5 minute time frame and the settings are the same.

On the chart that is not showing properly, make sure that chart is the active chart and then select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". If you are still having a problem after this, then we need to see an image of that chart by following these instructions (the image you posted is too small and does not show the the time scale): Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) Also, we need to know the exact symbol of the chart as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol". I have 2 charts the old which displays correctly and I created a new chart. Both charts are MESZ24_FUT_CME 5 minute charts. New Chart https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1732027649177.png Old Chart https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=173202772821.png In my opinion the problem lies in the Add Additional Symbol study. There is a problem, with the time zone setting of that new chart and/or the session times. In that "New" chart, what is the symbol that is entered for the "Add Additional Symbol" study.
