On the chart that is not showing properly, make sure that chart is the active chart and then select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".

If you are still having a problem after this, then we need to see an image of that chart by following these instructions (the image you posted is too small and does not show the the time scale):

Also, we need to know the exact symbol of the chart as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol".
