I am having a similar problem. I can trade in sim mode but when i switch to my real trading account (AMP) I get the message that the secondary instance is preventing connection to the Teton server to be able to trade real money. I've downloaded the most recent version of SC and have tried multiple times to Disconnect then Connect to Data Feed. Please see attached screenshot with the log and error message. Thanks for your help.
