please help. unable to use rithmic data on sierra chart.

I am getting this message on a popup. "connection error message from service: rithmic direct - DTC / logon error received from server: permission denied" I recently payed for thenthly exchange fee and I connected to my funded interactive broker account on sierra chart. I don't know what else I have to do to be able to trade with the rithmic data. |

Hey John. It's not helping. I am getting the same issues. I am doing my best to follow the instructions. I read on previous help request that any questions regarding connections issue with rhithmic gets the same answer with the same link. This in not helping any users. Or giving me any clues to solve my problems. It would have been better to try to tackle the problem by myself. I need more flexibility here. Otherwise I am going to be locked out of my rythmic trading account for who know how long :(.

All of the information we have on the "Permission Denied" error is in the documentation at that link. There is nothing further we can add to what is there, as we have dumped everything we know in there, and even a few items from customers that we aren't sure will help or not. Also, the interface between Sierra Chart and Rithmic was written by Rithmic. We have no control over any part of it.
