I have alerts set up so that they send to Telegram. Is it possible to get the Token for the SierraChartTelegramChat bot? If not, is there a way in Sierra Chart to add an additional Telegram recipient (bot/group within my account) to receive the alerts at the same time they are sent to the SierraChartTelegramChat bot? For example, I know there are "group chats" in Sierra Chart, would it be possible for me to add my custom bot/group as a participant in one of these group chats alongside the SierraChartTelegramChat bot so that messages sent to the SierraChartTelegramChat bot in that group also get sent to the other recipients? I'm trying to use the data sent in the alerts to the SierraChartTelegramChat bot for process automation purposes i.e. receive alert in Telegram, third party software reads the message and then updates a spreadsheet automatically. But the issue is: in order for a third party automation platform to read the alerts it needs to access the SierraChartTelegramChat bot channel in my Telegram which requires the unique token for it. |

What we recommend you do is save alerts to a file: General Settings Window: Save Alerts Log to File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log) And then you can directly read the file and take whatever action you need using that data. No need to involve Telegram. And no we cannot provide any further information about the Telegram integration or be doing anything more with that integration.
