You need to have a brokerage account, not a regular bank account in order to be considered a non-professional for the CME Group. The brokerage account must be a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Those are the instructions for wiring funds to them. Regardless, you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your brokerage account in order to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group. Also, you have not correctly completed the Exchange Agreements. You need to redo the agreements and make sure you enter the "Clearing Firm" and your Account Number where this is requested. If you do not know your Clearing Firm (although it looks like it is Ironbeam) then enter your brokerage name (Canon Trading). Make sure you follow all the instructions at the following link (including the agreements): Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Do you know what order routing service you are setup to use with Canon Trading? When trying to go to the forms to update the information that has been rejected the fields are not available to input the new information requested. One link that you guys sent I was able to do so and it has been submitted. That was the cme data agreement

Your most recent submittals of the agreements for the CME Group has been accepted and your account is tagged as a "Non-Professional". Also, please open a new thread for items like this.
