You are on a trial, therefore you do not have access to the real-time data for the CME Group. In addition, you had not activated your trial, so you were limited in what data you had access to.

We have activated the trial for your account, so you now have access to all the delayed streaming data for the CME Group.

If you want real-time data, then you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages, and you need to setup (and pay for) the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. Refer to the following:

And for the CME Group, you need to understand that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to be able to get the data at the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following:
