I have this issue where column #2 is selected to be highlighted by "Based on diagonal dominant side AskVol BidVol Percentage"

But one of the Delta is showing -56, which is negative, but having a range up color. This seems to be inaccurate as it based on "Bid at previous price < Ask at next price percentage"

Is there anyway to base it consistently on "Bid at price & Ask at next price percentage"?

You are not understanding what that number is. It is only showing you the Diagonal Difference for the Bid side. It is not showing you the Dominant Diagonal Difference. There is not a way to show just the Dominant Diagonal Difference, you would have to display the text as "Ask Vol Bid Vol Difference Diagonal" and then look at the numbers to see which is dominant, although the coloring can then give you that information.

Refer to the following:

Thanks for the clarification.

Have selected Column #2 background coloring method to be "Based on Diagonal Dominant Side AskVol BidVol Percentage
Currently the issue is with background highlighting. Sometimes it is based on "difference between ASK at next price and BID at price", which is what I want.

But there are instances where they calculate based on "difference between ASK at price and BID at previous price" << which is causing the issue

Is there a setting where it consistently base its highlighting of background color by whichever dominant side Ask at next price and Bid at price instead of sometimes calculating based on Ask at price and Bid at previous price?

example:

-If BID at price > ASK at next price, then range down color

-If BID at price < ASK at next price, then range up color

-At no point should it highlight based on difference between BID at previous price and ASK at price

Please refer to screenshot.

at the second price from the bottom it is -20, which is difference between BID at price and ASK at next price

but highlighting of color is based on BID at previous price and ASK at next price <<< which is the issue I wish to resolve

Refer to the information at the following link that gives the precise definition of how the "Based on Diagonal Dominant Side AskVol BidVol Percentage" is calculated:

As the settings: Background Coloring Based on Diagonal Dominant Side AskVol BidVol Percentage calculates
For the Bid: Bid Percentage = Bid Volume at Price / Ask Volume at Next Price.
For the Ask: Ask Percentage = Ask Volume at Price / Bid Volume at Previous Price.

Is there a setting where it consistently compares Bid at price and Ask at next price?

The Text display option of "Ask Vol Bid Vol Diff Diagonal one side" does this. It only shows the Bid in comparison to the Next Ask. There is not a coloring option that does this.
